“It’s not about what happens. It’s about perspective. I may not be able to change what takes place, but I can always choose to change my thinking.”
Author, Michelle Sedas

Your action for today is to bring a different perspective to an activity or chore that you don’t particularly like doing.

The Metropolitan Police Service are looking for a small number of Community Assessors to participate in panel interviews for their Direct Entrant Superintendents Programme.

This is for the short-listing stage of the process prior to candidates attending a national assessment centre in early August.

Interview panels will consist of 3 persons: a Senior Police Officer, Recruitment Agency Representative and a Community Assessor.

Candidate interviews are likely to take place between the 30 June to 10 July.

Interview panels will interview up to 5 candidates per day and we are looking for up to 2 days support from each Community Assessor.

If you are interested please contact Brenda Davis by email at with an expression of interest and your professional profile whereupon she will contact you under separate cover.
